  • What is your refund policy?

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for all information regarding refunds/returns.   

  • What are the shipping options?

Here at Maybe this too we provide FREE shipping for all of our orders, with no minimum to spend! We have tried our best to be able to provide the lowest cost on all of our items, which also includes shipping. We do not offer express post.

  • Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. We are working towards expanding in the near future. 

  • Why have I received multiple tracking numbers for my order?

Due to increased demand, orders containing multiple products may be shipped at separate times so that you will get your products as soon as possible. Depending on the items in your order, this can mean that your items may not all be sent at the same time, which is why you have received more than one tracking number. Don't worry though! All of your items will still be sent directly to you

Think of it this way - the more tracking numbers you receive, the more gifts you get to open! Each tracking number is a unique gift from you - to you 🎁 

  • When will I receive my order?

Please refer to our shipping policy for more information regarding shipping times. If a certain product is experiencing a delay for a certain country, this will be noted at the bottom of that particular items' product description. 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us at hello@maybethistoo.com if you have not received your goodies in the expected time period! Please note, certain countries can experience slight delays from time to time. Please make sure you read the full product description, as if a certain product is experiencing a delay for a certain country, this will be noted at the bottom of that particular items' product description. 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us at hello@maybethistoo.com if you have any issues with your order  

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once orders have been made you have half an hour to email us at hello@maybethistoo.com if you would like to make any changes to your purchase. Outside of this period of time, we are unable to make changes. However, we do provide FREE shipping with no minimum to spend, so feel free to just create a new order if you would like to add more :)  

  • Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?
To find out whether your order may potentially attract import duties, please refer to your local customs service.

Customs duties and fees are levied by your government and are payable by the recipient of the order if applicable. The recipient may need to pay these charges before they can take delivery of the order. Any fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be paid or reimbursed by Maybe this too
